An adventure created by committee as a writing exercise during Creativity Con I. “So, so weird”.
Draconis festival, Montreal, is a local con growing bigger each year. We played – almost entirely – the funnel Hole in the Sky – with 6 players and 18 zeros.
It was my first official public game – I have also a home game which saw more than 25 sessions since march 2018 – and wasn’t aware I had to post it beforehand. Sorry about that !

Will be playing on the second or third floor. We will be starting out with DCC and the 0-Level funnel “Sailors on the Starless Sea”. The game is open to all and will be run every other Friday, starting Friday March 1st. Maximum of 6 players.
Held at the Mace West gaming convention, the second round of the Asheville DCCRPG Road Crew will feature “Colossus Arise!” an 8th level adventure (pre-gens provided) for Dungeon Crawl Classics. Judge Jones will be hosting. Requires ticket to Mace West and sign-up through their system.

Fearing his might, yet unable to slay the imperishable black magician, the Gods dismembered Thakulon and scattered his body and soul. The sorcerer’s heart was placed within a prison-tomb of three vaults. Each of the three pantheons — Neutrality, Law, and Chaos — took it upon themselves to craft one level of the tomb, each seeking to outdo the others.
The tombs have waited, unassailed for eons, and thankfully so: for deep within them the black heart of Thakulon still yearns for freedom.

Crawlers attend me! We now find our heroes exploring the legendary dungeon complex, Quasqueton! They are certain to face terrible dangers as they take their next steps on the way to becoming true heroes! Many of our zero levels lived to tell the tale of “Doom of the Savage Kings” and the terrible Demon Hound. Now their wandering has lead them in search of a Letter of Marque and Reprisal (A decree allowing the bearer to rid the countryside of vermin, outlaws and threats to the crown.) And rumor has it that one such letter was recently lost somewhere in the mysterious complex known only as Quasquetron.
